SMS Automation Platform

Our own SMS platform — think Twilio, but built, run and supported by us. One REST API to send messages worldwide, two-way conversations with replies delivered to your systems via webhooks, and bulk campaigns with scheduling and opt-out handling. Around 400,000 messages flow through it every month, with 100% measured uptime over the past six years — and it plugs straight into Odoo, Zapier, n8n, Make or your own software.

Scope

What the platform gives you

One REST API for everything

Send a message with a single HTTP call and get status back the same way. Clean JSON in and out, webhooks for events — the kind of API your developers wire up in an afternoon, not a week.

Two-way SMS

Customers can reply. Inbound messages arrive in your systems via webhooks, so a “YES” to an appointment reminder confirms the booking automatically instead of dying in a phone nobody checks.

Virtual numbers & sender IDs

Send from a virtual number when you need replies, or from your company name as an alphanumeric sender ID when you don't. Your messages arrive branded, not from a random number.

Bulk campaigns & templates

Message templates and bulk sends with scheduling and opt-out handling built in. A campaign to thousands of contacts goes out on time and compliant — without your team copy-pasting.

Delivery reports & analytics

Every message has a status you can see: delivered or failed, when and where. Reports and analytics show what's going out and what's arriving, per campaign or per message.

Worldwide, and proven

We send worldwide, and the platform carries around 400,000 messages a month with 100% measured uptime over the past six years. Your reminders and OTP codes ride on infrastructure that has already earned its stripes.

Process

How we get you sending

SMS from the systems you already run

The platform is an engine, not another silo — messages originate wherever your business already works.

The PDF stopped being the invoice: eight months of Belgian B2B e-invoicing

Belgium's structured e-invoicing mandate landed on 1 January. Switching it on was an afternoon; everything it exposed was the quarter that followed. What Peppol actually addresses, why the failures live in your contact records rather than your ERP, what UBL refuses to carry, and why 'sent' stopped meaning 'delivered'.

Who's calling: matching a number to a customer before the phone stops ringing

A phone system knows a number. An ERP knows a customer. In most companies nothing knows both, and closing that gap is a harder problem than the vendor demo suggests — nine years of phone numbers nobody normalised, an event stream instead of a polling loop, and a screen pop that must never be able to stop a call.

Two-way SMS for service businesses: confirmations that answer back

A reminder tells the customer something. A confirmation tells your calendar something — and only one of those lets you refill the slot. The virtual number that makes replies possible, the matching problem nobody warns you about, parsing what people actually type in three languages, and the Odoo automations that reschedule without a human.
