SMTP relay & HTTP API
Anything that speaks SMTP sends through it with a credential change — Odoo does so out of the box. Applications that want more use the HTTP API: send calls, templates and delivery events, without running a mail server yourself.
Deliverability engineered in
Guided SPF, DKIM and DMARC setup for your domains, dedicated IPs when your volume warrants them, and active bounce and complaint handling. Sender reputation is managed by people, not left to chance — so the inbox is the rule, not the exception.
Templates & webhooks
Keep your transactional templates on the platform and trigger them with a single API call, or send fully rendered mail from your app. Webhooks push delivery events — delivered, bounced, complained — back into your systems as they happen.
Dashboards, history & suppression lists
A dashboard that shows bounces and complaints before they become a reputation problem, full message history you can search when a customer asks where their invoice went, and suppression lists that stop you from mailing addresses that already said no.
