Odoo

Odoo is an open-source business platform: one suite of apps — CRM, sales, invoicing, accounting, inventory, manufacturing, HR, website and more — that all share a single database. Quote becomes order, order becomes invoice, invoice becomes stock move — without exports, re-typing or sync tools in between. This page explains what Odoo is; we implement, extend, host and support it.

Scope

One platform, every department

CRM & Sales

Leads, pipeline, quotations and orders in one flow. A signed quote becomes a confirmed order with one click — and every other app already knows about it, because they read the same database.

Finance

Invoicing, accounting, bank synchronisation and payment follow-up. Invoices are generated from orders and deliveries, not re-typed from them — and your accountant works on live figures instead of month-old exports.

Supply chain

Inventory, purchasing, manufacturing and barcode scanning. Stock levels update the moment a sale confirms, replenishment rules trigger purchase orders automatically, and the shop floor works from the same data as sales.

Website & eCommerce

A website builder, webshop and point of sale wired straight into stock, pricing and invoicing. An online order is a real order in your ERP from the second it's placed — no middleware, no nightly sync.

People & projects

HR, recruitment, timesheets, project management and helpdesk. Hours land on the right project, support tickets link to the right customer, and invoicing picks it all up from there.

Marketing

Email marketing, marketing automation, events and surveys — segmented on real customer data from your CRM and sales history, not a copy of it that went stale three campaigns ago.

Process

From first app to full ERP

The PDF stopped being the invoice: eight months of Belgian B2B e-invoicing

Belgium's structured e-invoicing mandate landed on 1 January. Switching it on was an afternoon; everything it exposed was the quarter that followed. What Peppol actually addresses, why the failures live in your contact records rather than your ERP, what UBL refuses to carry, and why 'sent' stopped meaning 'delivered'.

The column you can't just rename: schema changes without a maintenance window

A rename is the cheapest thing a database does and one of the most dangerous things a deploy does, because two versions of your application are always live at once. Expand, backfill, contract — the release boundary that makes it safe, the locks that bite anyway, and what changes when Odoo owns the schema.
